Consuming Biztalk Orchestration exposed as WCF service

I am trying to consume a BTS orchestration.
Binding is "BasicHttpBinding_ITwoWayAsyncVoid"

soapUI just sits there waiting for a response and eventually times out.
No response from BTS is ever going to arrive since this is a fire-and-forget void()

Any help would be appreciated.
