Concerns About LOAD and SOAPUI
I have been using LOAD and SOAP for sometime now.Though both the products are great in terms of UI and functionality they provide, i have a few concerns especially regarding SOAPUI.
1. As i said earlier, both the products are great but user don't get to know about using them as as there are no tutorials(pdfs will be great in place of visiting the sites for learning.).Also, if you guys could provide more insight into using the various protocols(HTTP,REST,SOAP etc) in details; that will certainly help a user like me to get better knowledge about the product.
3.IT would be great if the settings/preferences of both the products are explained in details to the users.
2. This one may seem silly but each time i record a web page using SOAPUI, the page size is not reported correctly.I have no idea how individual requests on the page are handled.But my best guess would be that SOAPUI should be able to take into consideration the size of all the individual requests in the page.That's what sets it apart from LOADUI in terms of being able to download all page contents rather than only the HTML contents.As for instance, i tried of recording a test-case for "http://www.soapui.org/", if i'm not mistaken the page has a size of around 2.3MB but SOAPUI shows the size of page in the range of bytes approximately 10000 bytes.So will it make sense if i LOAD test any web page without getting the actual page size?.
Any Insights into above mentioned queries will be highly appreciated.
