Can't find testrunner.bat

I am using SoapUI(free) 3.6.1 and I can't seem to locate testrunner.bat, I assumed it was in <soapui install dir>/bin, but I only have the SoapUI-3.6.1.exe and the SoapUI-3.6.1.jar and a few log files. Did I miss it during the install, or is this a Pro only feature?

    The installer must have missed something on initial install, a re-install added a whole bunch of batch files, including testrunner.bat
