cannot see the form view for rest service http post method

I have created a soapui project in sopaui pro 4.5.1 using rest service and go the project but cannot see the form view of it though i can see the xml view .

can anyone help me with that .I tried uploading wsdl it gave me form view automatically but for the WADL i am getting this error in form view

missing parameter/body definitions for request.

    to be more specific the rest service is not extracting the parameters by itself have to add the parameter to get the form view .And even if I got the form view its not giving any response but when I paste the request header in the request tab it gives result.
