Cannot get basic http authentication to work

Hi,
I'm using soapui to test a webservice that as basic http authentication.
I get the following error:


 
     
        soapenv:Server.userException
        java.lang.InstantiationException
       
            dspegasus
       
     
 


I but the username and password in the "Request properties".
The webservice is in a windows 2003 with jboss 4.0.5

Can anyone help?

    Hello!

    Have you enabled "Authenticate Preemptively" in the HTTP settings in the soapUI Preferences? This is required by some servers. If this doesn't fix your problem, please post a full message exchange from the HTTP Log.

    Hi,
    Thanks it was working since the begining worked. I was mistaken by the userException message that was returned fron the server.
