Can the refactoring of a WSDL be automated?

I have a requirement to refactor the WSDL ( and associated XSDs) very often. I have all these in the SVN. Can the refactoring the WSDL in soapUI/ soapUI(Pro) be automated?

Is there an option to select so that the refactoring of the code be done with the default settings? Is this possible?

    I like the idea to use groovy to refactor WSDL. But interesting to see what type of changes wsdl is undergoing so often.
