Beginner questions regarding soapUI

I am new to soapUI. I have the following questions:

1. Can I use soapUI to test xmlrpc communication?

2. For using a contract last approach to build webservice, the wsdl is generated at runtime...so how to create a soapUI project to test a webservice that has no wsdl to start with?
