always get the same reponse with different request parameter

who can help me for this?
i have no idea why i always get the same response content whatever i set the input parameters to any value in the same request. Even if i set the request parameters to invalid, and i also get the success msg in the response, but the response content is not match with my request....

anyone could help/??
