after response populated, how to capture request/notification which it sends to another server

After response poplulated on SOAPUI, How to capture notification( may be DB status) which it sends to another server.

      "App1" ------Request------>App2 ------Response----> App1

                                                   App2-------Notifies----->App3  

      ( want to capture this Notification either raw)
