Advice for a SOAPUI newbie
Hello,
Could more experienced soapUI members advise?
I've come in mid-term to a project employing soapUI (not Pro). I'm automating procedures and "looking under the hood" to see "how things work." The business decided on one wsdl per service somewhere in the past, ... (i.e. I've got one soapui-project per service/wsdl, and lots-o'projects/services/wsdls that make up our web-services.)
SoapUI examples I've seen all show multiple "operations/sevices per interface/binding" (wsdl?) and proceed to demo test-suites and test-cases, and drag-n-drop to combine multiple steps together...
When I attempt similar actions on my many projects/wsdls, they're denied by the tool.
Main question: Are there means to perform external references between soapui projects that would permit combining validations of my various services, or must I write a surrounding-script/program to visit each necessary project indepenently and execute its services?
Thanks in advance,
Mark
