about testing a webservice

Hello,
I am using this tool for testing a webservice of binding soap over HTTP.............I have a problem..........
The webservice is from Information Server.......The problem is I cant test the service more than once ..........to test again I had to deploy it again..........can anyone help me out.........what the problem is...........?
