3.6 Pro - Why do attachments no longer work?

I have several resources and tests, which use attachments. Although 3.5.1 didn't allow the resource / test to set the form name to differ from the file name, it did attach the data. 3.6 Pro doesn't send any attachment(s).

Is there a patch / fix for 3.6 Pro? Is this a know issue?
