what is the best way to migrate test cases to test management?

I'm taking over a project that uses QAComplete, but have their tests structured off of the test cases tab.  With the newer versions of QAComplete it is recommended to use the Test Management area for your test case repository.  Is there an easy way to migrate the tests over?

    I would like to know the answer to this question as well. We recently decided to use QAComplete as test management and need to import test cases. Any suggestions is greatly appreciated.
