Unable to Link requirements to tests

I'm trying to link requirements to tests. I have many tests that I want to link to each requirement. I'm able to link from test case to requirement 1 by 1 but this is too slow.



When I go to Requirements then click the 'link to items' link, search area on the right side is always blank, even when I have no filter and am pointing at a folder that I have verified has tests in it. (see attached screenshot-1.png)



Is there a something I'm missing or is this a bug with QAcomplete?
