Reports from TestComplete

Question

HelloI have a problem with test reports in Automation runs from Test Complete, for part of tests every thing is fine report display correct. But for rest I get message "File not found. The file upload processmay not be complete yet. Please wait a few minutes and try again." I cannot find solution. Is there any setting for this functionality? What can cause this problem ?TestComplete 8.60.665.7 QA Complete&nbsp;9.7.139

Hello Slawomir,It might be due to the log file size: we have a limit on the file size that can be uploaded, and if your TestComplete log includes screen shots or anything else that might make it large, you can run into this issue. What is the exact value of the limit ?

I think it's about 300MB per file max - same as any other uploaded file, with a total limitation of 10GB.Hope this helps!
