Am I the only one who doesn't like this new view of the defects, which I had no idea was coming? I am looking for a way to change the layout, outside of going through the traceability view. Can the CSS be changed or any other ideas would be great.

Thank you for your post. There is no option to change the screen layout, CSS cannot be changed.
As highlighted in other threads - you can sort of have the old view back by selecting Traceability in defects.
I do agree though that this update was 1 unexpected and 2. not the level quality you'd expect.
