QA Complete Routinely Goes Down

We're working in the U.S. central time zone and we routinely notice, while actively running tests, that QA Complete will just go down(saas version).  Are there updates during certain hours/days?  This has happened several times.

    I have this issue as well.  Usually around 2:30 US Eastern time is when it typically goes down for us.  We also use the SaaS version of QAComplete.

    Hey SmartBear, is anyone watching the boards?  What is causing QA Complete to go down like this?

    We're having the same problem in the Cincinnati area.  It seems like it goes down for about 10 minutes every other day.
