You need to make sure that the following 4 Services are started:
> IIS
> SMTP
> AQAServiceManager
> Escalation Rule Executor
Also make sure that these 4 Services are set to "Automatic" under the "Startup Type".- npatel_1New Contributor
We has same issue came back again. I have verified that all four services mentioned above are running and they are set to "automatic" after restarting server. However, we can't see log in page of QAComplete. Appreciate any help ASAP as QAComplete is down right now.
