How to start QAComplete installed on Windows machine

Our QAComplete is installed on Windows server. The person who was managing left company. We had to restart that VM machine and now we can't start QAComplete anymore. I looked under Services section for service to start/stop, but could not find it.



How can I start QAComplete?



I appareciate any help.

    Hello Nital,



    You need to make sure that the following 4 Services are started:



    > IIS

    > SMTP

    > AQAServiceManager

    > Escalation Rule Executor



    Also make sure that these 4 Services are set to "Automatic" under the "Startup Type".

      We has same issue came back again. I have verified that all four services mentioned above are running and they are set to "automatic" after restarting server. However, we can't see log in page of QAComplete. Appreciate any help ASAP as QAComplete is down right now.
