How to disable globally e-mail notification

How does one globally e-mail notification?

If disabled, how does now re-enable it?



By globally, I mean for all users in one's company for all projects.

Please advise.

    Cancel that. I've worked it out.



    The answer is the "Home | Email Alerts" menu item.
