How can I receive my ordered QAComplete service on SaaS.


Please explain how can I receive my ordered service on Saas?

It was ordered yesterday 03.09.12 on your site and i got email confirmation with reference number and notice "You will receive your product directly from SmartBear Software.".

I don't know how and when will I receive my ordered service.Help !!!
