Home --> Dashboard - Error Couldn't get data for dashboard

After removing default Dashboard Chart, then added few Requirements and Agile Task Charts getting this error:

"Error Couldn't get data for dashboard"

Then wen to Setup --> Manage Dashboard Charts, looked through all the reports that I have added to my dashboard and deleted the once having issues loading data still same issue. For sanity check I have cleared my cache as well. 

 

I have both v11.3 (different environment) & 11.9 same issue replicable.
