FAQ - How do I set vacation days and time off?

Take a look in Project Management:

1. Click the Project Management tab, click Project Plans

2. Using the table of contents, expand a project plan and click Hiearchical View

3. Click the Work Time link at the top of the page

4. To change the number of hours a person works per day, choose the person from the combo box at the top, then change the hours they work. It adjusts the hours per day automatically.

5. To add vacation days, click the green PLUS sign at the bottom of the page to add a vacation day.

6. To add holidays for everyone, choose STANDARD CALENDAR - ALL USERS from the combo box at the top and then scroll to the bottom of the page to add holidays. This will affect all resources.
