Error while installing and registering the bridge (qacomplete)

Attaching a pict file showing the error that I am getting while installing and registering the bridge.

Can anybody help me with a solution?

    Testcomplete, testexecute is not open and I also stopped the service.

    Hi Kalpita,

     


    Did you download the bridge from here? Can you reboot the computer and try to run the installation process one more time (don't launch TestComplete)?
