Error trying to add new Note
I am trying to add a new note to a defect and I keep getting the error "Invalid status code (Active), please retry" when I press the "Submit" button.

- Hi Xavier,
It sounds like you might have imported the defects in with an ACTIVE status but the status is not a valid status you have setup in CHOICE LISTS. Or, maybe you allowed ACTIVE status at one time but someone removed that choice list. Here is how you can find out:
1. Click Defects / Show Defects / Actions / Manage Choice Lists (you must have security authority to see that option)
2. Look at the choice lists for STATUS. Is Active there? If not, either add it there or do a FAST EDIT update to update all the ACTIVE defects to a new supported status.
