email escalation alert upon status change
ALM Complete: escalation rule set up to send the email immediately to the individual and once per day there after with a 'status' change as the trigger.
The solution was incorporating an 'or' statement in the logic. The difficulty is the ALM UI...I have no idea what the extra And is doing for you after the last ).
((Date Last Escalated Not equal <> Today) OR (Nbr of Escalations exactlyMatches = 1)) AND
No question - just a posted solution. Unless someone can explain the trailing AND concept.
