Can't view automation run logs in QAComplete

I have full version of QAComplete and TestComplete. I have them connected with the automation bridge and everything works correctly. When I schedule an automation test with qacomplete, and it passes, I cant view the log in IE just fine. When the test fails and I attempt to view the log, a popup opens saying  "Automation Run, File not found. The file upload process may not be complete yet. Please wait a few minutes and try again"



I check and the log is there in TestComplete and is about 16MB in size. The log is saving pics on errors which is probably why I can see the passed test.



How can I see the logs with pictures in qaComplete?
