Calculated fields?
Will be possible, in the future, to have calculated fields, at least in "list views"?
In our cases we use a custom field to insert the "hourly rate" for support (whose value depends on the case), and each defect/task has its own "Act/Est hours". We'd like to have a custom field that just multply hours x rate to get a final value.
We don't like to calculate by hands, every time, the final amount depending on the Est/Act hours inserted by colleagues. As alernative, we start downloading data in an excel sheet, but it wastes time and creates redundancy of data sources...
