Alert for new Customer Ticket

Hi.

 I've noted that, even if I have setup a mail alert for "Defects - All changes", I don't receive any msg if a customer sends/inserts a ticket via Support management feature.

 I don't know if there are some constarints, or other config parms I have to modify, or it's just a "hole" in the ticketing system.

  • Hi Sergio,

    The Support Tickets are little bit different than posting Defects. An email is sent to the address you designate on the Support Manager set up.

    If you'd also like to receive notification, you could either define an email group to use as the email to address, or you could set up an Escalation Rule that would let you know.
