[LoadUIWeb] Where does 'Start Delay' relative to?

Question

The first group of users has 0ms Start Delay, second group has 2000ms and third group has 3000ms. So when does third group start? 3000ms after first group OR 3000ms after second group&nbsp;this will make 5000ms after first group had started.&nbsp;

All Start Delay values are relative to the absolute beginning of the entire test.

Your third group would start 3000ms after the first VU was instantiated.
