I CAN'T SEE A RESULT FILE(*.MHT)

Dear,

I can't see a result file.

Please refer the attached file.

 

How can I resolve it?

    Hi,

     

    According to the Customer Care case, it looks like the issue was caused by system locale and was solved by changing it.
