Hello, During recording, we cannot access the URL because it shows an error: 401 - Unauthorized: Access is denied due to invalid credentials. You do not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials that you supplied. When I stopped the recording and access the URL directly on a browser, the page could be loaded successfully. What seems to be the problem? Thanks.

Quick check: do you use the latest LoadComplete 4.60 ?
Are you getting something recorded in LoadComplete when you stop recording? In case you do, the quick idea is to try some other tool (e.g. Fiddler), record the same login sequence and compare recorded traffic from Fiddler with the one from LoadComplete. Maybe you'll find something that sheds a light to the possible problem source.
If not, then I would recommend to contact Support via the https://support.smartbear.com/message/?prod=LoadComplete form.
