Tracking Specification, Test and Code changes impact

Hello everybody,

I'd like to know if there is a tool to track changes impact over plain text specifications, test and code. To explain, imagine that I refactore my code or I change some classes. I'd like to know which test and  plain text specifications was impacted becouse this changes.
