crossbrowsertesting - Device cloud add on

Is any one here using device cloud add on Feature in testcomplete for croosbrowsertesting ?

      I an trying to automate our applications which are behind the firewall.Due to this we do have Login dialog that appears for every applications. Now This Device cloud add on feature not able to handle the Login dialog.

        Has any one able to automate the Login Dialog with device cloud add on feature ?
