When signing a review electronically the following error is displayed, "Login check failed".

The moderator user is logging in with the same username and password as was used to login to Collaborator.&nbsp; This was tested with multiple browsers (IE and Firefox).&nbsp; Using version 9.4.9401

It might be that the Moderator role is not selected in Roles&nbsp;that are required to sign-off on Reviews&nbsp;setting, however the SIGN button shouldn't be appearing in this case. Anyway, please check whether the Moderator role is selected in the list. Also, does the issue persist for any role?
