Unable to Test Connection to SVN or Attach a Changelist

Hello,

   I have recently installed CodeReviewer v9.2 and have gone through the hoops of making sure that our SVN server (Visual SVN) is up to date and running the latest version with TLS 1.2 support etc.  Everything seems to be fine, except... when I click Test Connection, I get redirected to a blank page.  If I try just save the configuration and then attempt to attach a changeset based on a subversion revision number, it doesn't attach any files.

There is nothing in any event log or in developer tools that is revealing any issues and we are able to get to the SVN repository without issue using other methods.

Any help would be greatly apprecaited.
