How to create a code review in RTC with CodeCollaborator after deliver

How to create a code review in RTC with CodeCollaborator after "Deliver". 
Can I make this?

    Hello,

     

    In case you created "WorkItem" you can try to change the state from "New" to "In Progress". If your follow-up actions configured correctly, link to created review will be added to "WorkItem" links.
