How to change the review template when submit the PTC change package via windows client

Is there away for me to change the collaborator review template when I submitting the PTC Integrity change package via windows client.  At the moment, when I submit the PTC Integrity change package, it automatically choose the "My Templat" default and I can not change any of this fields.

    Hello,

     

    It seems you don't have rights to change 'General' section for review. You should ask your Collaborator admin, to change it for you, or to provide you with this rights.
