Frozen Page when Non-member Selects Group in New Review

Hi, this is my first post on this forum. I wanted to report a bug I found in Collaborator Enterprise 11.4.11400.

If a new review is being created, and a person attempts to select an organization to which they aren't a member, an "Invalid GUID" error is thrown (which is fine). Then after that person clicks "OK", the new review gets hung up on the "Saving..." gif, and they are stuck there until they close the page and reopen.

Is there any way to fix this issue?
