[CodeReviewer] Code collaborator - Visual Studio 2013 support

Hello,



I downloaded the VS addin and installed it on my Windows 8 system. There were no errors; however, I did not see any Code collaborator options in the menu. 



Does code collaborator VS addin support VS 2013? If not, is there an ETA on when this support will be available?
