Cannot Uninstall Collaborator 11, or 9 on a customer's PC (Java Error)"The jre is damaged"

Here is my Java error, attached.

    Hi,

     

    Does the issue persist if you reinstall the tool? Also, you can try installing separate JRE. You can get its installation packages here:

    http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/downloads/jre8-downloads-2133155.html
