Automatically create Review from Perforce submitted check-in

HiIs Does anyone out there know if it is possible to automatically create a CodeCollaborator review from a changelist submitted to Perforce ?I understand that it may be possible by using perforce server triggers...Thanks in Advance

There is a create-review trigger, but it is for Subversion.
