Screenshots not the same resolution as screen?

We're using some of the devices to obtain screenshots for the Appstore. Using the Apple iPad Pro A1584 15.3 with a screen resolution of 2048 x 2732, the screenshots generated are 1200x1600. Is there a way to correct this?
