@ sign not recognized in iOS/Safari

I have a log in I am trying to use that has @ in the user name and password.  Every time I try to use @ it enters a 2 - any suggestions?

Also, "e" keeps opening up the emojis instead of allowing for the entering of "e"

Very frustrating when you have both in usernames and passwords.
