Is alertsite down? Frontend unreachable

The alertsite frontend seems to be unreachable (for at least half an hour now).

 

Chrome Error: "ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE"

 

To add insult to injury i can not use the Support Request Form, becaus i do not have a customer id and it will not let me send a request without it.

 

I only have an invoice by cleverbridge and it does not contain any customer id. You should really design your contact form to be a little bit more open.

    Hi Th,

     

    I’m able to log in into AlertSite account. Perhaps, it was a temporary issue. Could you please check if everything works for you now?
