Invalid parameter. Error 1 from AlertSite. Invalid value (CaptureLevel=3)

Hi,

 

I'm getting below error while trying to edit a monitor (in alertSite) using SOAP UI.

 

"Invalid parameter. Error 1 from AlertSite. Invalid value (CaptureLevel=3)"

"status":"64"

 

Can someone please check and let me know the next step.

    SoapUI Tests running against Remote Locations allow you to capture on All Steps or All Steps on Error if you choose to pay a little more to do so. API tests running against an InSite location, however, only allow Error Only configuration of the Capture Level. If you are running this test against a Remote Location, please open a Support Ticket with AlertSite. Thanks
