Modules Tree will not expand

Question

VS2005, C++ unmanaged application, compiled and producing debug information. The module tree will not expand, but I am unable to allocation profile the entire executable because I do not have enough address space. Is there a way to force the tree to expand so I can define an area?

I am grasping at straws at this point. Is there some way to manually build an area to profile?
