Is Aqtime support web-based application (Sencha Extjs)?

Question

We have a web based Extjs/Java/Html application.

I could see that aqtime supports Desktop Application and tried as given below http://support.smartbear.com/articles/testcomplete/integrating-testcomplete-and-aqtime

Does aqtime support web-based applications?

We have test scripts written in TestComplete for our application. How can we include those in aqtime?
