How can I download the previous versions?


Hello,



My previous officer gave a couple of papers which were printed for license.



However, He didn't have any files, he had only these papers.(He had quitted)



And, I visit your the site for downloading. but I can't find any links to get setup.exe(or install.exe)



How can I do?

    Hi,



    Your AQtime version is quite outdated (the latest version of AQtime is 7.50) but you should be able to download it by logging in into Customer Portal (http://smartbear.com/login, you should have user name and password credentials) and selecting the product.

    Unfortunately, AQtrace was removed from the development and is no longer available, but it should be accessible on the Portal as well.



    In case you have problems with login into Portal or product download, I would recommend to contact Saler either directly (sales at smartbear.com) or via Support request (http://support.smartbear.com/product-list/).

    Where is the page you said? I couldn't find it.



    I've made a new user name and password for downloading.



    Let me know where it is



    I need URL.



    PS) I don't have 'customer ID'

    You must know e-mail address used during purchase, user id and password. These are mandatory authentication credentials required to log into Portal.

    If you don't have them, you may either call SmartBear Sales directly and try to find solution or make a purchase a-new.
