AQtime 6 fails to start (XP SP3 - intel Core 2 duo 32 bits)

AQtime 6.5 freezes starting from the display of the splash window. The application is simply not responding. I have to kill the process.



I used the right package "aqtime650x86.exe" for this 32 bit platform. I did install / reinstall / reboot and so on... but nothing changes. The installation process did not show any error. I could not even have the registration form to enter my licence key. However my colleagues succesfully installed AQtime and use it on a daily basis (same network / antivirus / firewall). We use Visual Studio C++ and VB.net.     



My PC is equipped with an intel Core 2 duo processor and my OS is Windows XP SP3 (which is considered to include the patch for multi-core processors).

Any help would be welcomed !

    Hi Sylvain,





    Try installing AQtime 7 and let me know if you have problems with it. If you are a registered user of AQtime 6 and you own a maintenance subscription, you should have got a free license of AQtime 7. You can download it from our ClientServices portal.

    Eu utilizei uma ferramenta que minimiza a aplicação no tray pressionando as teclas de atalho CTRL + ESC e depois restaurei a janela da aplicação. Quando a janela da aplicação foi restaurada, a tela de SPLASH ficou em primeiro plano e a aplicação voltou ao normal.



    O programa que utilizei para realizar a operação de minimizar no TRAY foi o 4t Tray Minimizer.
