Try doing this:
1. Disable the Stop on error option of the master project.
2. Use the Job.Stop or Task.Stop method in the OnTimeour event handler:
Call MyCommon.TerminateRemoteApplication("MyApplication.exe")
' Call the Job.Stop or Task.Stop method
Call MyCommon.RebootSlaveHost()
3. Do not run the entire network suite. Create a test that will run the jobs in turn:
1) add the Job.Run method to the test;
2) add the Delay method to the test. This method lets you delay the script execution until the computers restart. To know what time period to specify in the method's parameter, you need to know how long it takes your slave computers to reboot. This way, you will be sure that the slave hosts are ready to continue running the tests after rebooting.
3) use the Job.Run method to run the next job.
